TUSD High School Parents Invited to Attend “The Well-Balanced Student” Presentation

The Tustin Unified School District is inviting parents of students from Beckman, Foothill, Hillview and Tustin high schools, and Tustin Connect to attend “The Well-Balanced Student” presentation on Tuesday, Jan. 15 from 6 to 7:30 p.m. at Beckman High School, 3588 Bryan Avenue in Irvine. The program is being presented by Challenge Success in conjunction with the Stanford Graduate School of Education
Challenge Success partners with schools, families, and communities to embrace a broad definition of success and to implement research-based strategies that promote student well-being and engagement with learning.
During the presentation, TUSD high school parents will learn research-based strategies for raising healthy teenagers in today’s fast-paced world. Parents will also receive information and tips on how they can establish a healthier home environment, reduce academic stress without sacrificing achievement, and increase the teenager’s resilience, creativity, and well-being.
