The Tustin Public Schools Foundation Summer Academy is back this year with new dates – July 6 through 30, and a new virtual format.
Registration is now open at www.tpsf.net/summer.
Tustin Unified School District teachers have created original lessons for this new online format and will be teaching live with small classes in two-week sessions, Monday through Thursday. Friday Fun Days will be available to all registrants and include interesting and creative content just for fun. Classes are available for kindergarten through eighth-grade students and enrollment is open so friends and family from out of the area are encouraged to sign up and join TUSD students in their virtual classrooms.
Returning favorites like robotics have been recreated and will help students prepare for the upcoming competitive season. Students can also look forward to opportunities to learn more about sewing, coding, creative writing, STEAM, cooking, gardening and so much more. Fast Forward classes are also available to help students prepare for success as they move ahead to the next grade level in the fall.
A new addition to the offerings this year is a College Prep class for Rising Seniors. The small class size and daily teacher interaction will help students research colleges and scholarships, and begin work on applications and essays in this two-week session.
Small class sizes mean limited openings, so register soon to enjoy your favorite class.
See you at the Summer Academy!
