Middle and High School Robotics League and Competitions

TUSD Robotics was founded in 2014 in partnership with the Tustin Public Schools Foundation. It serves students from 27 schools, with over 100 robotics teams who compete in tournaments to showcase their engineering designs and robot skills such as driving and autonomous programming. TUSD Robotics provides opportunities for students to develop skills and interest in science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM), as well as computer science. The competitions prepare students to become future innovators who know how to work collaboratively to meet deadlines and solve real-world engineering problems.

Middle and High School Robotics League at TUSD

As an official event partner, TUSD Robotics hosts VEX EDR and VEX IQ tournaments for teams from around Southern California. Many of our teams make it to the CA State championship and compete for an invitation to the VEX Worlds Championship in Louisville, Kentucky. In 2017, six TUSD teams made it all the way to the VEX Worlds Championship and 2018 looks to be another promising year.
